Really clean and quiet hotel on the edge of the town. They have free bikes which was great to cycle to the local restaurants and the ancient city. There is also free laundry, though I didn't make use of it in the end but good to know for fellow backpackers. Bed was comfortable, AC worked really well, hot shower. My room was spotless. The staff are excellent and extremely kind. I had an unpleasant encounter during my time in Anuradhapura and Lakshan was very kind. The owner Sagara also reached out to me which was so thoughtful. Highly recommend staying here, I felt safe there as a solo female traveller.

The host and is family are incredibly kind, welcoming, gentle and helpful ! Very peaceful place, quiet ! Bedroom is very comfy, super bathroom with a lot of water pression They welcomed us with a tea and homemade biscuits ! And he helped us a lot and gave us a lot of advice We rent bicycle to go around it was super easy !

Absolutely everything, this is such a beautiful place with beautiful people. Everything here has been thought of, wonderful meals, a fabulous room, and the most friendly staff. You can tell how passionate the owners are to make your stay one to remember.

We stayed just 2 Nights at Milan's little Oasis, but it was enough time to become good friends. Milan  spent a lot of effort to make our stay in Anuradhapura as comfortable and interesting as possible. His Garden in front of the lake is so beautiful. You can rent bicycles at his place and he will give you a map with many sightseeing options. The chef at his place is an amazing cook. My friend is vegan and he prepared us a delicious vegan dinner. He offered us an extra private tour by night, based on his favourite religious places in Anuradhapura, with a lot of information about its history and Buddhism.This tour was really unique and I highly recommend it.
