Room size was really big and the hotel was located 5 minutes away from the ski resort. The staff was accommodating, very friendly, very polite and always happy to help.

Fantastic location but rooms were old and neglected..stained curtains, too short duvets ( not very fresh)..

The house had everything we needed, quiet area, close to allot of ski resorts. Perfect house for a family. Our kids loved playing in the snow.

Everything!! Fantastic friendly staff who are really accommodating. Great food, onsen, clean, location, ski gear. Looking forward to going back. FYI the rooms are basic.

Ryuo Park Hotel is situated in Yamanouchi and has a pool with a view and mountain views.
