This hotel is packed and it's huge. Many locals seems to come for the onsen and pool areas. There was probably 10+ self check in counters and they were busy. Staff was friendly to help in English. Nice walking distance or easy to grab busses from nearby to many nice places. Great restaurants, shopping mall etc. nearby.
