The property is absolutely stunning — perfectly located in the heart of Florence. The room is a true work of art, with amazing design and top-quality finishes. It's a must-stay spot in Florence! The bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was spotlessly clean, and the whole place felt fresh and inviting. I’m definitely coming back again!

The location is great...5 minutes walk from the Ufizi Museum, Duomu at 8 minutes walk, dozens of great restaurants at walk distance.... The staff was really thoughtful and even had a portuguese speaking person at the hotel reception. The room was incredible, spacious and with free amenities (apart from alcohol).

Uffizi Gallery

What makes Florence the epicentre of art? All of it; but specifically the Uffizi Gallery. Its collections cover the ages, but its darlings will always be Renaissance born. You won’t find a better Art History 101 refresher. Hours wilt away inside this U-shaped mansion. The Birth of Venus tops many a best-of list. Better book tickets in advance – the masterworks cause quite a queue.

My favorite spot in the entire world. Buy the tickets sooner and prepare to spend at least half of your day inside. If you cannot afford a guided tour, they have an app with a few works contextualized.

It is complicated to buy the tickets ahead of time, to get in the right line, and to get the audio to work. After you get in the art highlights are way too crowded. Wonder art made unattractive by poor organization.

Get tickets for 8:15 AM, go with nothing but your camera and don't check your coat. Head directly to the Botticellis, and then to the Da Vinci's, Raphaels and the Michelangelo to enjoy them without the crowd, and then double back for the Gothic paintings. Do NOT make the mistake of pausing to view sculptures on the entrance level. Do NOT get distracted by the Gothic masters. Speed walk to the Botticellis and then the Ninja Turtles or you'll be viewing them across crowds jostling for selfies.

Packed with stunning art work including “Spring” and “The birth of Venus” by Botticelli. We looked at most of the works and spent 3 1/2 hours there. The queues were long, I’d advise prebooking your tickets.

    1. DEFINITELY get "skip the line" tickets. 2. Don't forget that you still have to wait in line to exchange the "skip the line" tickets for the admission tickets. 3. Don't forget you then have to wait in line with all the other "skip the line" ticket holders to actually get in. Plan accordingly and enjoy the FABULOUS art!

My second time going: make the reservation, folks!! You want to get in early and take your time. I wish I knew more about the ceilings and walls of the actual building. I must, must, must see for anyone slightly interested in art. I can't wait to return again!

Location was great! Just a few minutes walk from the Duomo (literally at the end of the street) and lots of little shops and restaurants. Walking distance to Uffizi gallery, David statue, ponte vecchio and more. The room we had was spacious, clean, and beautiful. High ceilings and grand windows. Staff were very friendly and helpful - gave us a map of city, told us which tram to take to airport and gave recommendations of where to eat. Definitely recommend!

The location was perfect – the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore was just across the street from the hotel. Other main attractions (the Uffizi Gallery, Accademia Gallery, Medici Palace, and others) were only a 5–10 minute walk from the hotel.

Both members of staff were very helpful and friendly. The location couldn't have been better. Right next to the square with the Uffizi gallery between the shops on a high end street. The room was big with a perfect bathroom, both spotlessly clean. the breakfast was brilliant, homemade omelettes with cheese and ham every morning and as much tea and coffee as you wanted plus lots more.

Location, cleanliness, access to the shared terrace. The location is the best: Walking distance (11 min) to Uffizi gallery, 5 min to Duomo or the river. 10 min walk to the train station. Old house, high ceilings.

The room was spacious and spotless, with a fully equipped kitchen. There’s a Pam supermarket right across the street, and it’s just a 10–15 minute walk to Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi Gallery — absolutely fantastic! We were especially grateful to the host for kindly accommodating our delayed check-in due to traveling with elderly and children. Truly appreciated!
