My stay at this resort was one of the most wonderful experiences I’ve ever had. Reception and Welcome: The reception and welcome were exceptional, with attention to detail from the moment we arrived, including luggage handling and valet parking service. Facilities: The experience of swimming in the hot spring waters was one of the best experiences of my life. Additionally, the resort offers fantastic facilities such as a cold jacuzzi, a hot jacuzzi, a steam room, relaxation rooms, massage rooms, reading rooms, a gym, and a terrace for viewing the Northern Lights. Accommodation: The rooms were very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. The decor was elegant, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The shower in the bathroom was the best ever, and the bed was one of the most comfortable in the world. The view from the balcony in the bedroom was very beautiful, and we were able to see the Northern Lights. Food: The food was delicious and varied. The restaurant offers a wide range of local and international dishes, and every meal was a unique experience. The service in the restaurant was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. Overall Impression: We enjoyed every moment we spent there, and everything was perfect. I will definitely repeat the experience many times.

We arrived early due to our flight time but we’re able to use the beautiful lagoon. The hotel was peaceful and we totally relaxed. The staff were very friendly and helpful and The room was exceptional.

    Very nice hotel 2 mn away from the blue lagoon. It is close to a factory but also the reason why blue lagoon exists ! The restaurant is very good, so is the breakfast buffet. There is also complimentary hot chocolate with marshmallows, coffee and tea. Very friendly staff and hotel spirit!

    A great first night in Iceland. Right on the doorstep to the Blue Lagoon which is why we booked this hotel. The staff were super helpful and the shuttle to and from the Lagoon was very welcome.

    Everything - this was the most perfect layover. Usually I book hotels but the reviews on this place was exceptional so we bookedhere - and was not disappointed. The husband/wife duo that runs it - were there when needed to support, answer questions and provide helpful tips. The house was spacious, super clean and guests staying there were super respectful of others and kept it clean and tidy. This was a perfect place to stay if you are going to the Blue Lagoon or to check out the volcanoes. Would stay here again and highly recommend.

    Good place to stay for just a night. There is a restaurant very next to it (belongs to another hotel) so getting morning coffee or breakfast was easy. Other wise although a good place this property is located is sort of drab, industrial, Wearhouse looking area. We wanted a reasonable and comfortable stay near Blue Lagoon. This did fit the bill perfectly.

    We spent just one night here when we did an Iceland stopover on our way to the US. It was absolutely amazing. The staff is extraordinarily friendly and kind. The restaurant is very good. Of course, we visited the Blue Lagoon, which was a great experience. The hotel offers a shuttle service, but ist’s just a 20 minute walk through the lava fields that is an adventure on its own (on a solid path of course). Our six year old daughter loved everything about it. The taxi service was totally flawless as well. I‘m sure we will be back <3

    Very comfortable hotels location set in a lava field near the goethermal power station was somewhat surreal. It is right next to The Blue Lagoon and near the airport . The lounge area was very cozy and the restaurant was exceptional and reasonably priced. A northern lights ‘wake up call ‘ delivered the goods on our last night in Iceland so the hotel lived up to its name. Highly recommended.

    such a beautiful hotel, really friendly with beautiful views. exactly what you want from Iceland. lovely food in Max’s restaurant… great vegetarian option too. open fire in the evenings. few minutes to blue lagoon. we left there for a couple of days in the city - and what a mistake that was.
