My room was comfortable and clean, and had a good shower room and a TV with a good variety of English language channels. It was close to a bus stop with good services to both Limerick city centre and also to Dublin. It’s simple, with a comfortable bed. Bathrooms are shared, two of them between 6 rooms. There’s a large kitchen & lounge; both have TVs. Free breakfast left in the kitchen each day: cereal, toast with marmalade & jam, tea & coffee.
