There is a Tesco supermarket nearby as well as an amazing coffee shop called Csillaghegyi Megálló. The room was a nice size and the beds were comfy. The AC worked just fine, a plus in August. The water pressure was just right and hot almost instantly. Value for money was on point. There was no noticeable nose pollution from the outside or other rooms. He even let us use two parking spots for the duration of the trip. The apartment itself was really big (also the huge terrace ) and we'll equipped. Recommended to everyone. We could drop the luggage early morning before we started our day in town. It was a huge relief with two kids. Neat and clean, beautiful view, great communication from the host. I accidentally booked the flat last year for the Sziget festival. I am very frustrated why i did not book more days.
