We had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and kind, and even allowed us to check in earlier than the scheduled time. They also kindly stored our luggage after check-out, which was a big help. The room was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the location was perfect — with a metro station right in front of the hotel, getting to the city centre was quick and easy. We had great experience at the Pestana Hotel! Great location at the heart of Madrid with easy access to all of the main sightseeings and a really nice exterior. The communication before our arrival was perfect, the staff is very helpful and kind. The hotel restaurant is a top place to dine. The pool and sauna are a nice bonus at the end of the day. We had a double room that is a bit smaller if traveling with a child but is a great for couples.

It was not my first time staying at a Catalonia hotel, but it was the first time in this beautiful structure of Puerta del Sol. The location is absolutely perfect, not only because it is in the very centre of the city, but also because it's super close to the underground. The lovely staff exceeded my expectations giving me un upgraded room, very comfortable, beautiful and super clean, with a nice external view. I love everything, and I'll be back soon!
