I've been twice in kramer hotel because of professionality, courtesy and efficiency of the staff. The room was always perfectly clean. Open bar, free coffee in the afternoon. Top!

Everything in general! I arrived very early to the hotel however I was lucky that day that the hotel had a room already prepared. Staff (Letitia) was really kind, helpful and professional. It was a pleasure!
