I recently had the great pleasure of staying at the newly built Serry Beach Resort during my vacation, and I must say it was an amazing experience that surpassed all my expectations. From the breathtaking views to the excellent service, this hidden gem was simply exceptional. One aspect that truly caught my attention during my stay was the level of exceptional service provided by the entire team. In particular, I would like to commend the amazing receptionist, Monaem. From the moment I entered the resort, Monaem offered a warm and genuine welcome that made me feel like a cherished guest at Serry Beach Resort. His professionalism and attention to detail were perfect throughout my stay, ensuring that I had everything I needed to truly enjoy a memorable vacation. Monaem was a reliable source of information and provided interesting recommendations about nearby tourist attractions, restaurants, and activities based on my preferences. His dedication to ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of guests was evident in his willingness to fulfill any request. Whether it was arranging reservations, providing transportation, or even offering valuable tips, his hospitality and warm reception to guests were truly exceptional. The resort boasts tastefully decorated and well-appointed rooms, offering breathtaking views either of the sea or the charming gardens. Additionally, the cleanliness and attention to detail in the room design added an extra layer of comfort to my stay. Serry Beach Resort's calming environment encompasses all the elements for a serene and rejuvenating experience, allowing guests to relax and enjoy the natural beauty surrounding them. The dining experience at Serry Beach Resort offered diverse and exceptionally high-quality cuisine. From delicious local dishes to international options, the resort's restaurants catered to all tastes.

We would like to give a special thanks to Mostafa, Ahmed, and Abdallah from the pool team, Mina, the bartender at the splash pool bar, and Mr. Ghaly, the manager. They were there for us every day and truly made our stay unforgettable. Thanks to them, our family of eight had an amazing holiday. The service was excellent (10/10) – the staff were extremely kind, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Mina, the bartender, deserves a special mention as well. He made delicious cocktails and always greeted us with a smile, which made our time at the splash pool bar even more enjoyable. The housekeeping team also stood out. Every day they surprised us with creative towel art, and the rooms were always spotless. Their attention to detail and dedication ensured that our stay was comfortable and pleasant. We also really enjoyed the animation team. The activities were well-organized, and the animators were friendly and fun, making every day entertaining for all ages. Although officially a 4-star hotel, it truly deserves 5 stars. The service exceeded all expectations. The food was diverse and delicious, and we were pleasantly surprised to have free access to all seven à la carte restaurants, which were all excellent. The hotel is connected to the neighboring Le Jardin hotel, where guests can also enjoy the facilities. The aqua park slides were fantastic and fun for all ages, even adults. A minor point of improvement could be the bathrooms, as they are a little dated. However, compared to the outstanding service and overall experience, this was hardly an issue for us. We can highly recommend this hotel and would love to return.

The beds were comfortable, the room was clean and tidy, the balcony overlooked the centre of Hurghada and the atmosphere of the hotel was calm and the staff was attentive to every detail. Bonus.. the breakfast was georgeous!

Astonishing... Probably one of the very best location in Hurghada. The view is superb, the place is quiet, it has many swimming pool and a very decent access to the sea. I highly recommend it.
