We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Its location is ideal—just a short walk from the train station and close to many of Alexandria’s main attractions. We booked a room with a direct sea view, and it was absolutely perfect. The room was clean and well-maintained, but what truly made our experience exceptional was the staff—they were superb from start to finish. Both check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Unfortunately, we had to cut our trip short due to travel plans to Cairo, but the staff handled the situation professionally and even refunded the unused portion of our stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Alexandria!

Although it is outdated, it is very cozy. Breakfast with a wonderful view on the top floor. The staff is very friendly. Kristina is very caring. Location is very good just right at the coast line. We will definitely be back!

The room was very cute, and the fact that each room of the hotel had a theme was amazing. Even though the size of the room is small as informed, it was very well organised and clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly. We got breakfast in bed, which was for very reasonable price and was quite good. The location is close to the main road. Our room was facing a building under construction, but that was not a problem for us as we had the intention of visiting the city instead. There was no noise or any other inconveniences. I totally recommend it. PS: Finding a clean hotel in Cairo and Alexandria was a struggle, but we were lucky with this one.
