SwitzerlandThe hotel and the staff, everything is absolutely fabulous. Will come back again! It is one of the best hotel experience I have had so far. We were amazed with room and all the tailor made equipment for kids and our dog, everything was waiting for us in advance. Spacious and beautiful room. Staff is unbelievably pleasant,kind and helpful. During the breakfast it was so calm and quiet even there was lot of people. The energy and atmosphere is absolutely divine. Not to mention gardens around, spa, everything is 5 stars and more.

Although the room is not spacious, it contains various amenities you need - even little things you would not expect (e.g. adaptors). The decoration is very beautiful and stylish. The reception would give you free drink for each person upon your arrival, and there are even 2 bottles of water and 2 bottles of soft drink inside the room. Of course coffee pods are there for free.
