The staff members were kind and helpful. A convenient location, close to the center. Everything in the hotel is new. I really liked the breakfast, it was delicious. This was my third stay in Artist Hotel (previously Alpha), and will definitely choose to stay here again for my next visit to Vienna. Thank you so much!

Excellent location, close to both the Innere stadt and Prater park. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. On a Saturday we forgot that the breakfast restaurant opens later and arrived early. The staff nonetheless allowed us to come in and start our breakfast

The room we stayed is standard 3 person room and it has enough space for walk and sit and move freely. Room cleaned daily and very through. All the stuff was very helpful. Reception is fast and organized. Breakfast is decent, maybe they didn't have many choices but everything is fresh and good quality. Ambience of the hotel very charming, I think it's an old but renovated building but it has a certain cozy feeling. Location of the hotel very good 20 min walk away from old town and 5 min away from train station. If I visit Vienna again I'll definitely stay here again.
