Our 2 nights stay was great beyond words, we were so impressed by the service provided by Charlie at the front desk. He is an excellent staff, so caring, lots of initiative, so helpful, unfortunately we didnt manage to thank hiim personally before we left. We were told by Lukas that Charlie is not on duty but he will convey the message to him. The room service was great too, fast and efficient. The shower was the best. Room was really comfortable, The hotel is centrally located, walking distance to all popular destination. I will be staying here whenever i visit Innsbruck.

    The apartment is in an excellent location, right in the heart of Innsbruck, just next to the Golden Roof and the old town. The check-in was smooth and the communication with the host was quick and friendly. The apartment is spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with everything needed for a short or longer stay. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is cozy, and the bathroom is spotless. It was great to have restaurants, shops, and attractions just outside the door. Perfect choice if you want to experience Innsbruck on foot.

    Lovely hotel, very zen and cool, with charming staff members and ideally located 10 min walk from the Golden Roof. Beautiful views on the mountain. The staff had prepared recommendations for restaurants and cafes, which was really nice.

    The hotel is right next to the Golden Roof and in the centre of the historical old town. The building itself is something of an historical gem. We booked a Deluxe Double room on the 4th floor for three nights. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the room was large. There were also quite a few English TV channels (Sky mainly) and the bathroom was big and clean.

    The apartment is unbelievable, so spacious and clean with beautiful decor. The kitchen is a good size and the bathroom is awesome. The location could not be better for those wishing to explore the centre. Gelato right underneath you, amazing Kroll bakery opposite and just 30 seconds walk from the golden roof. Would not recommend enough!

    The best thing was the location. With mountain and river view right in the center of the small city of Innsbruck. Fab pub downstairs .. had beers watching the beautiful river side and the mountains . ! The hotel is built in a contemporary style. Very stylish and modern ! Loved it ! The golden roof, the congress, the market place everything is just within 550 mt from here !

    Absolutely loved our apartment. Gorgeous design, situated on top floor (via lift) on quiet side of building. The Stadtturm is literally next door and can be viewed from the balcony. The Golden Roof is a stone’s throw away along with many of the Alrstadts famous attractions. The restaurant below is wonderful. 5 minutes walk to a great little laundromat over the bridge. Take some coins for the machines and go do some grocery shopping at the nearby supermarket while you wait for your laundry.

    Good location just a few minutes' walk from the golden roof. Nice, clean and very comfy room which reflected the top quality of the hotel. Very friendly hotel staff made you feel right at home. Phenomenal breakfast which included a wide range of international fresh fruits and fruit preserves among the exceptional breakfast table layout. Breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains at the top floor restaurant.
