Very friendly and professional staff. Everything was arranged very quickly. Right in the center of Yerevan, many great cafes and restaurants within a walking distance. The room is comfortable, great cleaning service. Great breakfast with a wide variety of local and international food, fresh omelettes, pancakes made for you. Local sparkling wine on weekends for breakfast. 😉 In Armenia people are very hospitable.

I had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Express Yerevan! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. Their hospitality truly enhanced my experience. The location of the hotel is perfect—right in the heart of Yerevan. During my stay, there was a charming Christmas Village set up just in front of the hotel, which added a magical holiday atmosphere. The area is also surrounded by plenty of restaurants, offering a variety of delicious options just a short walk away. My room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and wonderfully warm—an ideal retreat after a day of exploring the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. I highly recommend Holiday Inn Express Yerevan for its perfect combination of great location, excellent service, and comfortable accommodations. I can’t wait to return!

    The location of this hotel is unbeatable. It is easily accessible, just off Republic Square, but tucked away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Yerevan. I walked everywhere I wanted to go. I also liked the peaceful environment in a courtyard which offered for a nice rest at the end of each day. The room was spotless and cleaned daily, with complimentary water.

    The room looked exactly like the photos, but even better in person thanks to the high ceilings that made it feel bright and spacious. The hotel also has a lift, which makes carrying luggage hassle-free. Breakfast was simple but sufficient, and the location is excellent, right next to Rossia Mall and only about a 15-minute walk to Republic Square. The manager was very accommodating, upgrading our room at a discounted rate when we extended our stay and also helping us arrange a taxi to the airport.

    This is our second time staying in the apartment. It is very comfortable, quiet and short walk from Republic Square. The air conditioning works well, everything is very clean, kitchen has enough supplies to make breakfast. They leave a one or two day supply of coffee for you which is nice.

    I spent two weeks at Kantar Hotel and Kantar Hostel (switched between private rooms across both) and it was such a wonderful stay, I could not recommend this accomodation enough. The staff were attentive, helpful and kind. The place got cleaned thoroughly daily, and my god, the breakfast every morning was sooo delicious and there was so much variety of food. Extremely convenient location too, just 5 minutes from Republic Square.

    As a frequent client of this hotel, I strongly suggest it to everyone traveling to Armenia, a very clean hotel with friendly staff (I know them all and they all know me too, like kind Maya and nice Manuel), good breakfast and a good location that you can access everywhere easily, 10 minutes walk to republic square and nice restaurants there.
