The room was spacious and comfortable - it offered us what we needed and we were also able to request for an iron. We were able to see the Burj Khalifa from our room. Staff was very friendly and took the initiative to introduce the hotel to me as it was my first time there. The hotel’s location was also great as it was walking distance to the Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa. Bonus was that I was also able to order the real Fix Chocolate from the hotel due to its location.

The most upmarket Mall, huge. Located in the downtown area which is a must see. Musical fountains are nice and the food is superb. Aquarium is a one of its kind and is free to visit. Parking is free and there is plenty of place.

Way too big and too few information points.

Way too big and too few information points. If you look for a certain location this will take you a very long time. It woud be good to have normal maps (not only a touch screen every 250 m) of the mall on every central point so you can get an overview where you are. The direction signs were often confusing as they was sometimes pointing up the stairs but when you arrived upstairs there was no further sign in which direction you have to go.

The Most Popular Mall in Dubai Lived the Free Show Dancing Fountains & 8:30 Every Evening. The Food Quarter is very Diverse. Toilet are clean. I am just Wondering if there were Enough Seats for Elderly & Disabled People. Hours of Walking is Agonising & Tiring. It's A Fabulous & The Air Conditioning Jeeps People indoors. Outdoors is Quite Very Hit & Humid During the Summer. However, I love Dubai. Just Stay indoors. Even Taxis & All model of Transport has an Air Condition. It's a Must in Dubai.

We stayed at lavender building in a 200 sm apartment which was very comfortable as we were 3 adults, 4 kids and a baby. The apartment has everything we need. Its location is incredible, very close to supermarket, restaurants, coffee shops and to the amazing Dubai mall. The staff gave us a spectacular service, each of them was kind and ready to help you . The swimming pool is a big WOW! Breakfast was also good one. For us it was beyond our expectations! Highly recommended!!!

I'll tell you right away - a 10-point rating: excellent location within walking distance of the Marina-Dubai, the beach, shops, the Dubai Mall, and tram and bus stops. The apartment is perfectly clean and has everything you need. The pool is always free, and the view of the Marina from the apartment is breathtaking. Thank you to Mr. Ali Raza for his attention and prompt response to our requests. Mr. Ali's hospitality and the comfort of the apartment make us want to stay here next time we visit Dubai.

The location was excellent - literally across the road from Dubai Opera, and 5-10 minutes walk from Dubai Fountain, Dubai Mall, and Burj Khalifa. The apartment was modern, clean, well equipped, and the views from the balconies were stunning - especially at night. There was free secure car parking which was useful as we’d rented a car for the duration of our stay.

The best thing of this hotel was that they had a shuttle bus to the Dubai Mall and Salouna Beach. Large swimming pool and a lot of spaces where you can sit by the pool unfortunately only till 1:30pm because you will have no sun at all after that.

Good location opposite Address hotel which is connected to Dubai mall. Small supermarket around the corner. We didn't cook there. We were out all day. Nice guy at reception was helpful with organizing our luggage for storage while we were waiting for the apartment as we arrived early.
