Outstanding customer service by the staff, everybody was extremely polite and efficient. I arrived a couple of hours earlier than the check in time (15h) and, since they didn't have the type of room I booked free when I arrived, they upgraded my room, free of charge, so I wouldn't have to wait! Really great service and I'd definitely stay here again. Not to mention the facilities, great food, great location.
