Great views around, quiet neighborhood(besides the planes) and private spot we were in. Not too far from Frankton's airport/shopping center.The shower was the best feature of the property with its strong water pressure. However, part of the electric blanket wasn't working upon arrival either. It didn't really matter to me, but worth mentioning for the next guests. We'll definitely be back again next time we fly down to queenstown.

Close enough to Queenstown that services are easily accessible, but distant enough that it is calm and tranquil (much nicer to be woken by the sound of bellbirds than partying!).
