The thick walls keep the nights pleasantly cool even during the hottest days, and you can spend the whole day on the tornác (veranda) under its natural roof. The owner, Réka, is kind and genuinely interested in making you feel at home. The house has a wonderful garden, and the swimming pool is just a short walk away. Our dog was in seventh heaven.

The room’s design and the style of the furniture were excellent (even the porcelain cups 🙂). The accommodation was very comfortable and clean. We also had a coffee machine in the room, complete with coffee. The location is great—just a few steps from the pedestrian street and the castle. Our host was very kind and helpful. I definitely recommend this place.

The cosiness. This house reminded me of my grandparents house where we had been staying a lot in my childhood. The flexibility. We arrived very late in the evening but our host assured us it would not be a problem. And it wasn't. When we asked where we could go out to eat she told us a few options and presented some brochures to choose. It was an overnight stay, a perfect choice quite close to the state road but also close enough to the city centre.
