Batam Marriott Hotel Harbour Bay offers a hot tub. Perfect location right above the ferry terminal. Very friendly and helpful staff, great pool and fitness, comfortable room and the rain shower was awesome. Excellent breakfast buffet. Rooftop bar also cool.

Staff are friendly, my mother is on wheelchair, the staff helps us in putting the wheelchair in and out from the car trunk.
