Our car broke down and we were forced to stay for a few days. The hotel staff quickly resolved all issues with registering at the car service station. No one wasted time, everything was done promptly. As a result, we discovered the beautiful Wroclaw and having lived in this hotel a little longer, we will come back again and again. It is evident from the quality of the restoration of the palace, the delicious breakfasts, premium plumbing Gessi Design and cosmetics Lalique that the owners of the hotel are not greedy and I cannot help but note this, comparing with other famous hotels. We even stayed an additional night. There is a very good buffet evening meal option, which we did use, but preferred the excellent a la carte alternatives, and ended up eating at the hotel every evening. Spa and pool again excellent, with the outside hot tub a must to end the day. Nothing to fault

Friendly and helpful Staff. Nice clean and freshly smell room. Free parking in front of the place was not crowded and easy to park. Breakfast correct, nothing special :)
