It's very quiet and peaceful to stay here, getting completely relaxed with a great bottle of wine. The room is extremely clean and spacious. The bed feels like heaven. She was up early to prepare our delicious breakfast in spite of the fact that we had a late arrival the night before when she had waited up for us. Her home was beautiful and immaculate, and every detail had been thought of. If you have an opportunity to stay here, take it! You will not be disappointed.

One of our favourite stays on a 3 week trip around the South Island! If anything the photos don’t do it justice. Peaceful and private with plenty of space and beautifully clean. We loved having BBQs on the terrace. The master bedroom was exquisite with a view onto the patio and the outdoor bath surrounded by fragrant lupins. The upstairs bedrooms were kept nicely cool by fans in the hot weather we were lucky to have. We all slept brilliantly in the big comfy beds. Laundry facilities were an added bonus for us, neatly tucked away behind sliding doors in the master - very convenient.

The pool suite was fantastic - immaculately clean wiith lovely homemade touches such as muffins, pies and snacks which were unexpected and greatly appreciated after a long trip. Sue could not have been kinder and went out of her way to bring out toys for our toddler who was having a tantrum after the journey. The pool, playground and play house were a kid's dream.
