El desayuno fue muy bueno, preparado en nuestra presencia con todo lujo de detalles.

Established in 1666, Honke Bankyu is housed in a registered historical building. The Japanese rooms feature traditional decor, futon bedding and a flat-screen TV. A wonderfully authentic traditional ryokan with spacious, comfortable rooms and beautiful river views. The public onsen was perfect—hot, clean, and peaceful with great natural scenery. Dinner was a delightful kaiseki experience with impressive presentation and thoughtful local dishes. The staff were warm, professional, and attentive, making the stay truly special. The setting with a charming rope suspension bridge adds to the unique atmosphere. A perfect getaway for onsen lovers seeking relaxation with excellent hospitality. Highly recommended. Nikko Retreat, que tiene vistas al jardín, ofrece alojamiento con terraza y patio a unos 11 min a pie de Estación de tren Tobu Nikko. Spacious and clean rooms with everything you need for a relaxing and convenient stay. Kids will enjoy the rock climbing facilities and the ladder and stairs to the attic. Other games include Uno, cards, and the tumbling tower. Extra mattresses and blankets are available. Should be quiet after 9 pm. Highly recommended to everyone, especially groups with kids.

Loved every bit of the stay! Barbecue setup was on point. I would love to come back here again once it starts to snow. The beds were super comfortable, the entire villa was super clean. Very easy check-in process, definitely foreigner friendly!

We had a wonderful stay at Cozmo in Nikko! The accommodation was spacious, cozy, and beautifully located in a quiet forest area with a lovely pond — the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. Our host was incredibly kind and attentive, even offering us rides to interesting sightseeing spots around Nikko. The dinners with traditional Japanese dishes were absolutely delicious and a real highlight of our stay. We truly enjoyed every moment and would love to come back again! 🌿🇯🇵✨

The location is very convenient - close to a bus stop and to Heiki no Sato. The room was spacious, clean and bright - very comfortable. We enjoyed the private bath. Although it was described as indoor, we were delighted to find that it had full-length windows looking out onto nature so it felt out door to us! The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. :)
