The choice of experience available for guests are what you expect however had some unique "estate walk' with a resident ecologist is really makes the experience memorable. While all the staff we encountered were friendly, courteous and helpful, we would like to single out few of them: Lakrani was very courteous, efficient and friendly. She would be easily hired for customer facing work anywhere in the world. Infectious enthusiasm was impressive. Lithin was very knowledgable, friendly and willing to share his knowledge about the property, eco system and his passion readily. Ranjit Kumar Pradhan was extremely friendly, obliging and creative in preparing food of exceptional quality and taste. Wish we stayed more nights to taste his delicacy.

Boasting an operable helipad and a spacious outdoor swimming pool, ITC Gardenia offers luxurious rooms. Guests can also choose between 6 in-house restaurants and a bar. Breakfast was exceptional, absolutely wide variety. Rooms with balconies were very comfortable, liked the idea of the net on the balcony. We were very happy with the laundry service that was included.

Spread over 20 acres of landscaped gardens, this city retreat is located in central Bangalore next to Bangalore Golf Club. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay for 5 nights. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. In particular, Mr.Nadarajan, who met us and guided us at the airport, and even at departure. Mr Arjun at front desk and Miss KC, who went out of her way to help us with the room change requested. Mr.Diwakar, the bartender who really made us feel welcome. The Machan restaurant staff were also very attentive and helpful at breakfast each day. The food in both Machan and Loya is superb. The spa, though a little expensive, was also an amazing experience.
