Ideally located by Egnatia's interchange, the Epirus Lux Palace Hotel is a 5-star hotel, unique in its category in the wider region of north-western Greece. The front desk manager went over and above to find us a ground floor room as we were travelling with our dog. They even added a couple of bowls and a blanket for her! The next day he greeted her by her name, which was so lovely. The dog park at the back of the hotel is a brilliant idea. For humans, we had a large room, very comfortable beds, large marble-clad bathroom with a bath and all the amenities one would want, including a coffee maker and good Wifi. Breakfast was lavish. Definitely on our 'must stay here' list when next in Ioannina.

The staff were very helpful. The room was very clean and the beds comfortable. Air conditioning was working perfectly. Would definitely visit again!

Impecable remodelación de gran calidad y cuidado en el detalle. Una avería en el desagüe fue resuelta inmediatamente tras ponerme en contacto con el anfitrión y hacer venir gente a repararla. The apartment is spacious, clean, very, very good location, near to the center, staff is very helpfull, the owner is very friendly, available for everything you need. I'm definitely choosing it again if coming back!
