The property is in great shape and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast was incredible. Also, they have a spa that is only $10 euros per person per hour with a dry sauna, a wet sauna, a jacuzzi and a cold plunge pool. We made a reservation for the spa and were the only ones in there…great amenity.

On reception an instant room upgrade was given , had a lovely suite. Staff super warm, friendly and helpful. Location fantastic, spa thoroughly enjoyed along with excellent massages. Calm, peaceful very clean hotel. Breakfast, great selection. Totally enjoyed the stay here and whole ambiance.

The outdoor pool is set in the former Sant Agustí Convent, 100 metres from the hotel. Very kind, helpful and welcoming owners. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to be providing the best experience for people staying at their hotel. Lovely position to explore from and an authentic town.

I liked the service, the surprise from the hotel in the form of champagne, as well as birthday greetings, the opportunity to leave my luggage in the storage room

The staff were fabulous and the hotel conveniently located. We were traveling with our pet (and notified them in advance of such). Upon arrival to our room, there was a pet bed already in the room and a small bag of treats. Our dog was thrilled and enjoyed her stay as much as we did. The pet-friendly room was lovely, the pool was small but relaxing, and we had a wonderful 2-night stay.

The room was very comfortable with perfect air conditioning. Breakfasts were delicious, varied, and beautifully prepared. The charming garden, full of greenery and shade, was the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or relax in the evening. Highly recommended!
