The resort is absolutely lovely aesthetically in all areas, the staff are very pleasant, the room is spacious and even for a standard room there is a 2 couch separate lounging area! The bed is comfortable and the water pressure in the bathroom is the best. Soft drinks and water are always supplied in the fridge for free and all rooms are steps away from the pools. The front desk provided us with socket adapters for our foreign plugs! The food may be the best part, VARIETY. Cold food range, sushi, large selection of sea food (best octopus i've ever had), various grills, so many kinds of deserts including Middle Eastern ones, just so so perfect. The beach and pool have enough beds for all and bars are scattered all over and the red sea is calm for swimming and very clear . Be mindful that Ras Soma is 45 mins from main Hurghada so you may have the hotel taxi as your only option to move around for other activities like water parks or to the marina and if you have a tour to Luxor your provider may ask you to pay extra as it is off the main road in Safaga. There is an ATM on site if you need cash for use during your excursions. Entertainment at night was good and they did an elaborate one at the beach during our stay with impressive fire shows and all the good stuff. I am happy i chose this resort, do not choose another place over this one

We just returned from an incredible stay at Makadi Spa on the Red Sea, and we can’t recommend it enough! From start to finish, the service was outstanding—every member of the team made us feel welcome, relaxed, and completely taken care of. The view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking, with the shimmering Red Sea stretching endlessly before us. Snorkeling right off the shore was one of the highlights of our trip—the coral reefs were vibrant and teeming with marine life, making us feel like we were exploring another world. The whole atmosphere of the hotel felt like something out of a movie set, with its stunning architecture, peaceful ambiance, and picture-perfect surroundings. We left with unforgettable memories and can’t wait to return to this little slice of paradise.

In addition, Serenity Alma has 4 large bars either in the lobby or at the swimming pools with aqua park view. Aguapark, Lunapark, the variety of foods, the shows at night, everything, the best resort I've visited so far.

Everything was perfect, the most beautiful and pleasant hotel in Egypt, guest manager Samwaeil from front office was double perfect, he realised all our dreams

All accommodation at Amarina Abu Soma Resort & Aquapark is air-conditioned and features a warm décor. Each room and suite includes a minibar, a satellite TV and an en suite bathroom with free toiletries. All rooms feature a balcony or terrace overlooking the sea and pool. we got very nice room with sea view. we liked food and beach and everything.

Diving and snorkelling facilities are provided for a fee. You can enjoy a sauna, hot tub or Turkish steam bath, or take a dip in the lagoon-shaped outdoor pool. You can also access the gym, the tennis court and the games room for free. Hotel is extremwly clean, rooms are spacious with very comfortable bed and amenities in the room. Food was excellent, beach is beautiful and very clean. Additional plus is that you can use facilities of two neighbouring hotels. Staff is so kind and caring, especially at the reception desk. All in all, a big recomendation for this hoyel.
