The hotel has an indoor pool, and a spa & wellness centre. Free WiFi is provided throughout. The room was so luxurious. The in-house restaurants served us some of the best food we had during our trip in Canada. The service was exceptional, every staff member was very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed that our room had a proper bathtub and walk-in shower. You could tell there had been a high level of care and thought put into the decor and details of all the spaces.

Friendly and very helpful whether it was the reception or either of the restaurants. Felt very welcomed. The room was incredibly comfortable and delightful to relax in. Also very private. The resort had quite a few guests but it was very easy to just sit on the balcony and enjoy the wonderful environment, crashing waves, and general peace.

Rogers Arena is 10 minutes’ walk from this Vancouver hotel. Hotel in a central location lots of restaurants, cafes, shopping in easy walking. The staff we all excellent and could not have been more helpful or friendly. The breakfast was excellent and the weather was good enough for us to be able to eat outside in the very pleasant courtyard. The lunches and dinners we had were also very good. The courtyard is a nice setting for a pre dinner cocktail. Our room was excellent a great size and the bed was very comfortable.

Amazing place in Campbell River with great staff, comfortable apartments, nice spa area. I highly recommend this place and I wish I come back to Vancouver Island to this resort.

Vancouver Shangrila House features a hot tub and free private parking, and is within 5.9 km of Aberdeen Skytrain Station and 7.8 km of Bridgeport Skytrain Station. The air-conditioned accommodation is 8.8 km from Sea Island Centre Skytrain Station. The bed and breakfast has family rooms. Super host and the room was perfect! Very close to Vancouver airport so highly recommended if you have to catch a flight and don't want to ve stuck in traffic.
