This is, without any doubt, the BEST resort/hotel I ever been to. The staff, food, facilities, cleanlines, comfort, location and value for money is 10/10. When I first stepped into the resort with my family, our breath were taken away from us, it was so beautiful that we just stood there and making WOW noises and our kids felt at home! Staff The staff were proffesional, friendly and very helpful. Every member of the team was kind, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Some in particular to mention are Steven Kagoma, Rosemary Natse and Khalfan Mbarouk from food and beverage in the main restaurant, their smile, engagement and attention to details made our dinning experience in the main restaurant unforgettable. Food The quality of the food served were incredible. Every meal was delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit every palate. The main chef was so kind and really carea about the customers Activities The hotel itself prepares many activities to keep guests entertained. The Dolphin kids club was the highlight to our childrens, the largest indoor and outdoor playground where our children spent hours and did not want to leave the place. A big thanks to Viola Richard (Guest relations manager) for coordinating with the staff and celebrating my birthday with wonderful songs in the main restaurant and a delicious cake. And also for the snacks we got when checking out. Her generosity and kindness will not be forgotten. Overall, our stay at your resort was a wonderful experience and exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable gateaway. Thank you Emerald Resort & Spa for providing such a great experience and memorable vacation! See you soon again!

A great, calm, boutique hotel. Design perfectly fits the surroundings - this is not just a block of flat like many hotels, but very good melted into background buildings, still providing comfort and a premium level of quality. Very helpful personnel and management. Great private excursions organized by Osman, which is great tour guide, as well as very carefully takes care of you during the trip.

Location and Surroundings Nestled on the pristine sands of Kiwengwa Beach, the hotel’s stunning setting, lush gardens, and elegant architecture create a true paradise. Accommodation Our Junior Suite with a sea view was spacious, spotless, and well-maintained. The comfortable beds, complete with mosquito nets, ensured a restful stay. Impressively, we didn’t see a single mosquito the entire time. Dining Experience With five restaurants offering a variety of cuisines, every meal was a delight. The food was fresh, flavorful, and catered to all tastes. Exceptional Staff The service at the hotel was outstanding, with a team that went above and beyond to make our stay special. We want to highlight: Suphian from the Green and Grill Restaurant (dinner shift) – a world-class professional. His precision, warmth, and attention to detail would make him a top performer even in the finest dining establishments. The level of service he provides rivals that of the best restaurants globally—truly outstanding. Horace Kolimba, Asubuhi, and Brandina from the Beach Bar – always friendly, making every chat a pleasure. Said from the Pool Bar – top guy, very friendly, always smiling, great service. Cons: - Clean rooms. The rooms were cleaned daily for our 10 days stay. - Beach front. You literally just walk out from the resort to the beach. And the beach is not congested. It’s very clean and suitable for romantic picnics, relaxing or water activities. - Food. Nice and tasty food. Though breakfast options were limited with the buffet breakfast. - Swimming pool: It’s one of the few places having swimming pool and a spa in the area. This kept our kids busy as we were traveling with kids. - Volleyball available just at the property with nets and balls. This was fun. - Stuff. Very kind and helpful - Driver. The driver, Mr Alex made our stay worthwhile. He suggested beautiful attractions and took us to different places for all our stay there. - The host was also friendly.

The Mambo Cabana Hotel offers a wonderful experience for a relaxing vacation. My room was spacious and beautiful, offering all the necessary comforts for rest. The food served was delicious with a variety of options that satisfied my taste buds. A big advantage is the location of the hotel, just 1 minute from the beach, which made access to the sea extremely convenient. Mambo Cabana is certainly an excellent choice for a holiday getaway.

Brilliant break fast, very good value for money. Excellent place to relax away from the hustle bustle of city life. Spacious and very clean room, bathroom was also very well maintained. Staff were very cordial and friendly the owner too. Emanuel is an excellent person.

The hotel is in a great state. Everything is very new and of good quality. The room also smelled great, which is a nice way to start your stay. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The food was delicious and healthy and the spa was very relaxing. We had a massage and we used the jacuzzi facilities, both great! Special thanks to Peter, who is the owner/host. He is a nice guy to talk to and he made us feel most welcome.
