The location was unbelievable but if you want to stay in somewhere that gives you the true experience of sorrento then this is your place, so much better than the big chain hotels. Place is immaculate and rooms are massive.Grace who runs the property is unbelievable also, anything you need she is there for you and any information you may need while staying in sorrento she is available, she is so polite and English is better than mine 😀 Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Antonio and Claudio welcomed us and took care of everything we needed. The location is by the big road, which is convenient to access to the bottom and upper part of positano, even with big luggages. We also had coffee, juice and five types of bread for breakfast, which they delivered it into our room or set it up in the front yard. Thank you and see you again!

Fabio was amazing. Responds to every request. I loved the place. The View was fantastic and the people who helped clean the place and got us breakfast every morning were very polite leyla and carmine. Fabio was fantastic when we arrived. Easy checkin, with porters carrying our luggage and even when we left for the airport Fabio arranged transportation for us. Fabio was excellent!

Everything was exceptional. Both Antonella and Giuseppe are going above and beyond to make their guests happy. We were greeted with smiles and got a welcome drink and welcome snacks. We could enjoy it on the balcony with the absolutely stunning view that I will remember for the rest of my life. The breakfast was prefect every single morning. Great for both savory or sweet lovers. We celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary and were surprised by a delicious cake that we again enjoyed on the perfect balcony. The free shuttle to and from Sorrento was the best thing ever that helped us explore all around with no hassle and they were very accommodating with everything. The housekeeping was perfect, I am myself a housekeeping manager and I know the difficulties of the job, but the room was spectacularly clean and tidied up every single day. I just want to mention that these people at Romantic Relais are clearly on the right path in their lives and they make a difference in the service industry by showing how well guests can be received and pampered through the stay. We spent two nights in this hotel. Even though the weather was not the warmest we didn’t mind since they had terrace heaters at the rooftop bar. The cocktails were perfect, the view is magnific. We tried their restaurant, the food was really tasty. The staff is supernice. The rooms were clean. For us being 15 min from Sorrento by car was a plus,nice view, nice people without the crowd. The overall quality and the service was above our expectations.
