Our stay at Ca pagan was beautiful. The room so elegantly presented.. staff were really lovely and helpful. Breakfast was beautiful sitting outside in the private courtyard.. such a beautiful place to stay. Nice n quiet so it's nice coming back after exploring through venice.

Location is perfect: close to attractions and vaporetto stations The room and bed were very comfortable. The room was spacious, and the lighting was excellent. The bathroom was spacious and comfortable. Cleanliness is remarkable everywhere. Reception and breakfast staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful. Breakfast was a pure delight with best ingredients. The coffee was great too. Mostly recommended, and we sure come again.

Most of the staff reminded me of how excellent hotel service used to be — it took me back to childhood trips with my family. The warmth and attentiveness made me feel genuinely welcome. What made it even more special is that the quality of service was perfectly matched by the elegance of the room and the thoughtful amenities. This place is truly a hidden gem. . 3 x great: host, apartment and location. The host gave us the keys and explained everything, gave us recommendations about transport to Venice, about restaurants and free time activities. The house was absolutely perfect for our family of five + small dog. I wish we could stay longer in this great place.

Our stay in Venice was fantastic! The apartment was very spacious, clean, and super comfortable, set in a lovely, peaceful neighbourhood not far from the city centre. It was great to be close to everything but still enjoy some quiet after busy days. Sonia, our host, was amazing — friendly, welcoming, and full of helpful advice. She told us about hidden gems to visit, the best ways to get around, and how to easily get tickets for museums. She also pointed us to some great local shops and restaurants. Thanks to her, we had a smooth and memorable trip. Would absolutely stay here again!

This was one of the best places I have stayed. We travelled with family (3 children) and both the apartment and its location were ideal for our stay in Venice. The appurtenant, is spacious, spotless and it combines classic and modern features in a very pleasing and functional manner. We only used it for rest but we could have happily spent much more time in it if we were not so much attracted by the surrounding area. The apartment exits straight into a large square filled with cafes and restaurants, lively enough but not overcrowded; just the perfect balance. The host was very friendly and offered to help with anything we may have need. But honestly, there wasn't much to need - everything was straightforward and our stay in busy Venice felt very relaxing. I would certainly stay there again.
