Excellent location, offering: 1. a unique view and spectacle, with a very short distance from the harbor, where catamarans/skyboats can be rented; 2. easy transportation (including by bus) to points of tourist interest (in particular to FIRA and OIA, dream destinations); 3. the breakfast area and the location of the swimming pool, absolutely "charming" 4. all the staff, very attentive and friendly with tourists. It’s a beautiful family-owned Villa. They were all so helpful and nice. They always had a smile on their face and their recommendations about what to do, when and where were the best. We had an amazing time staying here and we will definitely come back and stay a Roula Villa. There are a lot of restaurants and supermarkets nearby and it is so close to Perissa beach.

We had a very warm welcome with a free upgrade to a luxury suit. The hotel facilities were exceeding any expectations, we even didn’t manage to use all of them during our 3-day stay. The service is excellent, deserving 6 stars ⭐️ out of 5. The hotel is perfectly located in 3 min walking from Kamari beach while being distant enough from the main promenade.

Breakfast was very good, nice served in a basket, where was everything, fruit included. Our host - Mr. Vangelis was very friendly, helpful & very kind person with pleasant sense of humor. We ´ve got from him useful informations & good recomendations. Suites has very peaceful & private atmosphere. Each room is originally & luxury designed. The top is whirpool or pool with clean watter. Good location, enough parking place for a car.

View, excellent Our room was spectacular and big with a hot tub but unfortunately our electricity kept going about 3 times a day so we had no air con when this happened and the hot tub kept breaking on a daily basis. For a hotel breakfast was extremely poor, menu very limited and dinner and lunch menu extremely disappointing

The view from our room overlooking the sunset with a giant window were the best we've seen!! Would book again for that alone. Some of the decking spots where you can relax and watch the ocean are spectacular. The staff were very friendly. Nice pool and lovely spa area.
