Amazing breakfast. We tried a dinner too, but wasn't as good as breakfast. Staff is very sweet and polite. They clean and tidy the rooms every morning and change the towels. Didn't had a chance to try out the pool because we were short on stay and didn't had time to spend on pool.

Staff was excellent. Thanks Désirée&Borjas for an amazing Bar &Pool Service and Mari Luz for always smiling during the breakfast service. Location is very calm located, we enjoyed very much, for us it was a week of pure relaxation and retreat. Breakfast & Coffee were very good.

Sometimes, I'm afraid of writing such glowing reviews because I want to make sure there's still room for me next season! I feel like I'm a bit of a good luck charm, but I hope there will always be a vacant room for me at this hotel, which I've come to love so much. First of all, this hotel is the best example of a true European three-star hotel, and it's even a little better than that! 🩵Location The best beach, right by the sea. We walked along the entire coastline, and this is absolutely true. 🩵Rooms We had a corner room with a side sea view, and it was the best room we could have asked for! 🩵Service Flawless! While you wait to check in or after you've checked out, you have the option to leave your belongings and enjoy some extra time on the beach and on the rooftop terrace with the jacuzzi. There are separate shower cabins and electrical outlets—everything you need to freshen up and make your experience as pleasant as possible. 🩵Infrastructure The hotel is located right by the sea. On Thursdays and Saturdays, a very talented man sang at the hotel bar. The hotel's rooftop has a sunbathing terrace and a jacuzzi, as well as tables for lunch or an evening cocktail. The hotel also has a restaurant. 🩵Food We stayed with a full board option, so we had breakfast and dinner, and everything was delicious. Every time, there was a dish cooked over an open flame. Fish, seafood, meat—there was plenty of everything. The only downside is the lack of even water at dinner. Everything has to be bought separately. I understand that they need to make money, but even if the full board option were a euro more expensive to include food and lemon water, it would slightly improve the impression. We would order wine and beer anyway. 👀And another detail: the photos in the rooms. They have panoramas of Mallorca, but they are definitely outshone by the panorama outside the window!

It was so lovely to be welcomed with a glass of cava and the bracelets are so cute. Food was lovely. Entertainment was fab and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will return.

Extremely friendly staff and nothing was too much trouble. Great breakfast served by Silvia who was very charming & most helpful. Rooftop terrace and pool were excellent and we liked the honesty bar! Not something you see nowadays…..

    Staff are truly amazing, really friendly, I'm Scottish and this is a German hotel, but their were no issues there at all. Great location and it was pretty much on 2 very safe cycle routes. Food was great and lots of relaxing spaces, I really recommend this hotel

    The calm, the quality of the guests, the super friendly staff, the delicious Mediterranean cuisine, the proximity to the beach, the nice pine trees garden, the amenities like the jacuzzi and the sauna, and of course the spa services where the therapists are really excellent… not to mention the super interesting price to quality ratio… I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing retreat by the sea
