The room was absolutely lovely, but what made our stay so good was the amazing staff! Particularly Marlboro - he was so accommodating, helpful and kind to us as we didn’t know any Chinese. He personally contacted me when the Canton Fair Shuttle Bus was ready, and was always available to answer my questions quickly. He even upgraded our room at the end of our stay which we were incredibly thankful for. Thank you Marlboro and team for making our first trip to China so amazing. We will definitely be back!

It's a really up class hotel, spotless clean and beautiful. The staff were professional and friendly. The rooms were big, comfortable and very clean. We also enjoyed the dinner buffet though very expensive and also the dim sum breakfast. Love the sand worms dim sums.

This is my preferred hotel, and I rarely consider staying anywhere else because it’s simply excellent. The location is unbeatable, with shopping malls, restaurants, and everything I need close by.
