Breakfast was very good and a lot of choices for a continental breakfast. Hotel is conveniently located near the bus stop for our Matterhorn cable car rides and the train station. Very professional staff. Highly recommended!

The spa is amazing—very unique! It's easy to spend 2-3 hours enjoying the facilities. We also booked daily massages, which can also be highly recommended. The other delight is the cinema in the basement: a full-scale cinema running arthouse movies—very cool! The breakfasts also deserve mention - very good!

A very high end hotel, u pay for what u get, Eg, extremely good service, good staff with 24 hrs friendly & helpful attitude. The underground wellness facilities are built just like a premium spa centre: with cold bath, sauna, aromatic water shower, gym room and massage relaxing room. All facilities are well maintained and clean. The room also look absolutely good, i lived in a matterhorn view room, the balcony view is directly the matterhorn which worth of money to stay. One improvement, probably the breakfast varieties can be increased, especially increased more on cooked meals, the only well cooked meal is scrambled egg. Others are cheesy stuff, dairy food & bakery.

The breakfast was excellent, five star service and quality. The hotel is beautiful, definitely different to any previous hotel experience I have ever had and the views amazing. I liked the pool, jacuzzi and spa. The staff was very helpful and attentive and super friendly. The hotel also arranged a pick up from the station and even supplied us with a take away breakfast on the last day, as we had to leave early.

    Spacious and clean family room with a very BIG bathroom. Balcony is facing the rail but it's not that noisy perhaps with no or very few trains passing by at night or early morning. Breakfast choices are good too. Communication with hotel staff before the trip was prompt and helpful. I have to extend my gratitude again to hotel staff who helped to find a quiet corner with good Wifi connection for my daughter to take an online exam even after our check-out time. Many thanks indeed!
