I particularly appreciated the Nespresso coffee maker, daily restocked minibar, and yoga mats. For those looking for a touch of luxury, some rooms come with private saunas and fireplaces. - Dining: Dining at the on-site restaurant, BG's Grill, was a delight. The breakfast and dinner offerings were excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality food to choose from. - Service: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Fantastic location, right in the heart of Grindelwald. Wonderful spacious room with astonishing views. The hotel has some excellent facilities and I would recommend a meal at Barry's Restaurant, the food was excellent. Staff we super helpful. This is an excellent hotel, highly recommended.

We stayed at the hotel for a week and couldn't understand why its rating on Booking.com is only 8.4. The hotel met or exceeded our expectations on all fronts: Location 10 Room 10 Facilities 10 Bar area 10 (nice and cozy) Reception staff 10 (I noticed several negative reviews in Booking.com, not justified in my view) Food 10: the hamburger was the best I have ever tasted (seriously. and I am a hamburger person), and the fillet mignon was fantastic Breakfast: excellent choice, great omelettes Spa 10 (Massage therapist (Marta) 10, amazing massage) Staff 10 With amazing views to the Eiger from our room it was a wonderful overall experience. We have stayed at several hotels in Grindelwald in the past. This is the first one we want to come back to, and expect to do so twice a year.
