This Home is 43 years old, and renovated in 2018, transformed into Luxurious Home. Set in the leafy old Kempton Park suburb with beautiful old houses, and quiet neighbours. 10 km from OR Tambo International Airport and 12 km to Emperors Palace. 8Km Eastgate mall, 6km to Greenstone Mall, 9km to Mall of Africa,1 km to Norkem Mall. Our newly renovated property is located in a diverse, older, established neighborhood.high security, 24hour security patrol,highwalls with electric Fence, Arlam, beams.
This tranquil 6 bedroom home includes a fully furnished outside cottage with a bathroom, kitchenette, and dining area. Guests also get the fully furnished Cottage as the 6th bedroom. The main house is fitted with ample closet spaces. 5 bedrooms with super comfortable queen beds, 2 full bathrooms( shower and a bath tub, a chef's kitchen with Smeg Gas Stove, Samsung double door fridge, and other quality appliances outside the entertainment area with a gas and coal braai area by the pool, ample parking up to 8 cars. fully equipped kitchen for your cooking and serving ( we ONLY provide cooking oil, Braai Spices, salt, and pepper ingredients). linean, towels, beach towels, toiletries, DSTV. WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES AND LOUD MUSIC OR NOISE ⭐️ VERY IMPORTANT TO NOTE: WE DO NOT ALLOW HUBBLY BUBBLE IN THE PROPETY AT ALL. WHETHER OUTSIDE OR INSIDE. IT'S STRICTLY PROHIBITED 🚫 No music and noise outside after 7 pm on weekends. We ask that you please be mindful of our neighbors. this is a very quiet residential area. and we want to keep our relationship with our neighbors on good terms as we look out for each other.
