One bedroom apartment in a brand new development. Chic, open plan lounge dining and kitchen. Bright and airy. Large patio with incredible ocean, mountain and suburb view. Rooftop swimming pool and relaxation area with amazing views. Laundromat on the ground floor and a secure underground parking bay with direct elevator access to the apartment. Free WIFI and a smart TV. Spacious shower cubicle with superb mountain views. The property is a short walk from the beautiful seaside promenade.
By profession, your host, Angie is a teacher, she loves cooking, swimming and hiking. She thorougly enjoys being host to the guests at 503 @82 on Main Seapoint. She is most professional and most approachable, Always willing to go that extra mile to make all guests comfortable.
Seapoint is one of the most sought-after areas on the Atlantic Seaboard, Just a stroll away from the apartment is the seaside promenade. Furthermore, the vast or diverse shopping experience is right at your doorstep, Those that enjoy or relish different cuisines, Seapoint has a mix of restaurants and coffee shops to tease the tastebuds of culinary gurus. Walking trails hiking is a stone throw away.
