A bright, cosy cottage ideal for a break away. In the private garden you can soak up some sun or have a braai. The property is solar powered allowing the unit to fully function during loadshedding.
Sunshine Cottage is about a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive to the beach. There is a nearby shopping center that has a Spar, bottle store, laundrette and food spots. Cape Vineyards in Noordhoek is a 10 minute drive away. Cape Point is about 30 minute beautiful drive away. Cape Town city center is a 35 minute drive away.
