Summer House is centrally situated, within walking distance to the town shops, restaurants and seafront cliff paths. Nestling on the corner of Flower and De Goede Streets in Westcliff, Hermanus, this large property is very well located for easy access to all amenities. Spacious and charming, Summer House is a comfortable and lovely 4 bedroom holiday home with high ceilings and gracious rooms each with double doors leading to outside verandas on both sides of the home. Newly renovated with attention to detail, you will find your time spent here, relaxing and you are sure to enjoy the tranquillity of the area which will keep you coming back for more. Each of the 3 double bedrooms have its own en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. There is also a bath in the main bathroom. The 4th bedroom shares one of the bathrooms but with a separate entrance. All linen and towels are supplied. There is Wifi and TV with DSTV (Compact) in the main lounge. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. A dishwasher and washing machine in the scullery, make holiday chores simpler. The lovely covered patio is ideal for outdoor living and boasts a large gas braai and a Weber.
