Ocean View Villa Wilderness is a Luxury Villa occupying a prime location at the top of the exclusive residential Constantia Drive in Wilderness. This modern and architectural house is well-designed with ample glass, allowing for light filled interiors offering the same panoramic ocean views as outdoors. The property's electricity supply is backed up by solar panels and an inverter system with lithium batteries so it is not effected by load shedding. Part of the Constantia Kloof conservancy, relax to the sound of the birds as well as that of the ocean.
The layout is simple which makes for easy holiday living. Occupying the top-level are two bedrooms both en-suite (main with extra length king size bed, en-suite with luxurious bath and large walk-in shower; second room with two single beds pushed together en-suite with shower), a guest bathroom, open-plan living area, a very well equipped kitchen with scullery as well as a fantastic outdoor sea-facing balcony. On the lower level is the double automated garage. There are stairs from the garage into the house, not suited for wheelchairs or elderly. It is situated on the hillside and has a steep driveway with additional designated parking on the road below. Housekeeping upon request, subject to additional charge.
The area is a conservancy surrounded by wildlife including birds, bush bucks and bush pigs. Part of the Constantia Kloof conservancy, relax to the sound of the birds as well as that of the ocean.
