Mystic Mountain is a wooden cottage that is extremely comfortable, beautifully furnished and very cosy in winter even without the fire lit. During summer there are plenty of doors and windows to open with a veranda on two sides of the house where you see magnificent views of mountains all around Clarens and beyond to Lesotho and Golden Gate National Park. Enjoy the sunrises with your morning coffee and the reflection of sunsets on the mountains with your sundowners.
Owning and running a guesthouse combines two of my passions - interior decorating and interacting with people. I aim to provide excellent accommodation in which guests can relax and enjoy their stay and I am happy to say that the reviews for my other guesthouse are wonderful. I am also a school teacher.
Even though the guesthouse is situated within easy walking distance (about 100 metres) of the main square around which are the shops, restaurants and art galleries, the area is quiet. The closest hiking trail in the Conservancy is about 400 metres away.
