The owner fell in love with the property and stunning views of Lauradale and bought it in November 2015. The property was renovated in phases from a rundown farm to a self-catering destination. Although continuously under improvement, the dream is making Lauradale a well sought after tourist destination for guests from all over the world. There is a designated person on the property 24 hours every day.

We cater for people from all over the world and can accommodate Honeymoon Couples, Friends, Locals, Tourists, Corporate Guests and small groups. We also cater for guests undergoing medical procedures who needs somewhere to convalesce after providing peace and quite for your healing process. This 2-hectare property on the M12 just outside Stellenbosch offers breath-taking views, a beautiful garden and two swimming pools (eco pool and chlorinated pool). All our units have linen, towels, amenities, TV, aircon and Wifi. Neighbourhood information

Lauradale is situated on the Bonniemile Road which runs parallel to the M12. Farms and guest houses in the area include; Jordan, Neethlingshof, Overgaauw, Posthouse, Alto Rouge, De Trafford, Oldenburg, Alluvia and many more. The area is well known for its good wine and stunning views. We are approximately 10 minutes from the centre of Stellenbosch and 20 minutes from Somerset West. Although so close to these towns, the neighbourhood is quiet and typical of the Agri-tourism sector with guest houses and restaurants amongst the wine farms and vineyards. It is also in close proximity to more than 15 of the top Golf Estates
