The resort has specific group booking conditions, including a group size limit, special check-in procedures, and additional deposits or indemnities. If your booking is part of a group or multi-party reservation exceeding 13 guests, contact the resort immediately after receiving your booking confirmation.
During the student week period from 28 November to 5 December 2025, guests under 25 years of age will only be permitted to stay if accompanied by someone over 25 years old throughout their stay. Additionally, a breakage deposit of ZAR 3,000 will be required upon check-in. If you have made or are considering a reservation for student accommodations, please contact your reservations office for alternative arrangements.
Please note that renovation work in selected units will be carried out from 8 May to 30 September 2026, and some units may be affected by noise.

A damage deposit of ZAR 1,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
