Home from home, rooms in a house and private cottage in the large back garden. Make use of the kitchen should you wish and there are chairs and tables in the garden to relax and have a smoke or drink. Braai fasscilities, just pop around the corner to (4 minutes - or take a quick walk) Spar and Tops liquor store, Laundry and Ironing, chemist and restaurant/take away Danero's Pizza all under one roof, or make your own braai. Special homestay fascilities and rates available for contractors. * please note that no Hookah pipes are allowed on the property.
I enjoy people and also a few drinks once in a while with good conversation. Outdoor open person, love new company, also animals and kids (grandpa).
Universitas is an old leafy neighbourhood near the University of the Free state. From Heila's place you can comfortably travel to anywhere in Bloemfontein within half an hour or so. Worthwhile sights is Naval hill game reserve, the Womens monument (Emily Hobhouse is buried here) adjoining the Anglo Boer war museum. Lots of restaurants abound in 2nd avenue, the Waterfront and Mimosa mall amongst others. Also the Pantzer museum is 15 minutes away and the National museum around 20 minutes.
