Chamonix 16 is a Stylishly decorated four bedroom with breathtaking sea views. This complex is situated in Manaba Beach on the South Coast and is suitable for self-catering holiday accommodation. This spacious double-story, apartment offers uninterrupted views of the Indian ocean from the balcony. This apartment is a well appointed "home away from home" that offers all one could desire for a well deserved holiday. There is a working air-con in the downstairs living area and in the main bedroom. Chamonix is a well-maintained complex with a fully fenced-in swimming pool with a communal braai area. Downstairs is a spacious lounge and dining room opening up onto a spacious balcony with a gas braai. The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed, air-con as well as a ceiling fan. The en-suite bathroom has a bath. The second bedroom has two single beds,and also a ceiling fan. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed and has a ceiling fan. The second bathroom has a shower as well as a bath. Upstairs is a second lounge and a dining room and a small kitchenette with a basin. There is also an extra bedroom with a queen-size bed. The upstairs bathroom has a shower. No smoking is allowed in this unit. Please Note: The cleaning fee that you are charged is for the preparation and cleaning of the unit before you arrive and after you leave. Daily cleans are available at an extra charge. If a daily clean is required please contact the office. Maximum of 4 adults and 4 children and strictly no parties allowed.

Neighbourhood information

Manaba Beach is the seaside village on the Hibiscus Coast that overlaps Uvongo and Margate. It extends from Lucien Beach to Uvongo. Lucien Beach is the beach on the north end of Margate Beach. A short walk down the beach will bring you to Margate Main Beach. Both beaches have lifeguards as well as shark nets and are safe for swimming. Uvongo’s bustling seaside town is known for its beautiful beach with a lagoon that stretches back to a waterfall. The beach has lifeguards as well as shark nets and is safe for swimming. Paddle Boats and canoes are for hire on the lagoon. Curios are available to buy or admire from the local craft market on the beach. Uvongo beach also has a freshwater kiddies pool and a tidal pool nearby. Furthermore, the Pavilion Restaurant overlooking Uvongo Beach, apart from great wonderful views also has great food. The ever-popular Lilliecrona Road extends from Lucien Beach to Uvongo Beach. This 2.5 km stretch of road is very popular for walking, jogging, and cycling, especially in the early mornings and evenings. As well as lovely natural rock pools along the rocks between these beaches there is a large tidal swimming pool. Nearby Shelly Beach has two shopping malls, many restaurants, and movies. Shelly Beach also offers deep-sea fishing trips, dolphin and whale watching trips, scuba diving, and also shark cage diving.  Day trips are the order of the day with the Wild Coast Sun, Oribi Gorge, with its hair-raising swinging bridge within easy traveling distance. The crocodile farm and the renowned San Lameer golf course is also an easy trip away and the Mac Banana-filled pancakes are to die for!  Furthermore, the weather on the South Coast is superb, even in winter. The sea temperature, which is influenced by the warm Mozambique current, seldom drops below 19 degrees. Explore & Visit the South Coast, there is plenty more to do on the South Coast.
