An exclusive, tastefully appointed and spacious 2-bedroom private apartment in Admirals Kloof, Simon’s Town, protected and North facing, with stunning panoramic views. Available for short or long-term stay. Featuring a large main bedroom with king size bed, AC (on request), en-suite shower room with WC and double vanity, a second bedroom/diner with queen size bed, AC (on request) private shower room with WC and vanity. Private security access, self-catering, with fully-equipped kitchen incl. gas hob and combo convection microwave oven, and separate laundry. A portable gas Braai (BBQ) is also available for your exclusive use. Both rooms have free WiFi, flat-screen smart TVs, with OpenView sat.TV, if you require DSTV please bring own decoder. Accommodation also features solar/battery backup power so loadshedding is no issue. Although self-catering, provisions for continental-style breakfast including muslei, fresh fruit, yoghurt, bread/toast & butter can be provided on request for the first morning. (tea, coffee & milk are standard). Relax outside on the spacious sundeck, enjoy a BBQ & watch eagles soaring & yachts dicing for position while sipping your favourite beverage. Located within easy walking access to the beach, many mountainside hiking trails, and a short drive to the famous penguin colony at Boulders beach.
