3 on Tessa is a private house with a completely separate first floor 3-bedroom apartment . Each bedroom is private, with an ensuite shower.There is a well equipped kitchen and lounge & dining room with balcony which is for guests only.The house is in a boomed area with 24x7 guards and only one public entrance. The house is in a cul de sac and is secure, with electric gate and fence. Parking is in the street, opposite a 24x7 gatehouse.
3 on Tessa is just 2 years old. Rooms are light, airy and quiet and property is solar powered in case of load shedding.
We aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible and give you a relaxed serene home away from home experience.
We are in the Panners Lane enclave, a very sought after area, with luxury homes. The area is ideal and safe for walking or running and has a private entrance to the Field & Study park for longer walks along the river.
We are just 500m from a small shopping centre for groceries and a restaurant, and we are just minutes away from Benmore Garden Shopping Centre, Sandton City, Nelson Mandela Square and the Sandton Gautrain station. There are probably 50 restaurants within 5 minutes and all the other facilities you might need.
