The apartment is located right opposite the beachfront and legendary Promenade in trendy Mouille Point, which is within a short walk to most of what Cape Town has to offer, including the beaches, the Waterfront, the Cape Town Stadium, many trendy restaurants, coffee shops, shops and shopping malls, the Virgin Active gym, the free outdoor gym, Green Point Urban Park, the swimming pool, etc. The MyCiti bus and Uber taxis are great to get around. Enjoy spectacular sunsets from the balcony
