Apartment is cosy and sweet direct Sea view, being 50 sq. m. of an area with 6 sq. balcony where one can relax and enjoy calming sights to the Mediterranean sea and also the inside garden; It has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and is fully equipped with all the essentials for the perfect holidays as well as all the basics for kitchen/cooking. The wonderful Thalassa beach is located just few minutes walk from the apartment, the beach available near the property is somewhat more than 1 km within the property territory. There is quite large outside pool, the pool with water slides; small pool for children; an indoor all year open heated pool, nice and pleasant Spa-centre with relaxing massages and other treatments; and also Fitness area available on site as well as tennis and basketball courts. There is Cosy restaurant with nice food choice of various kind- like some types of salads, some sea-food; nice fish dishes, perfect calamari, shrimps; some meat dishes; some pasta dishes, cheeseburgers etc; there is Mini-market as well for the main necessities, also the possibility to order some groceries; The Area is around 1,2 hour from Larnaca airport and around an hour from an Ercan airport;
